- Mike founded Certified Property Management Services, (CPMS) after a 30-year career in the multi-family housing industry. Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Broker for AMP Residential with corporate offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mike has experience managing multi-family assets in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama and Florida.
