• Mike founded Certified Property Management Services, (CPMS) after a 30-year career in the multi-family housing industry.  Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Broker for AMP Residential with corporate offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Mike has experience managing multi-family assets in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama and Florida.

• Mike is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and is well experienced in all phases of property management including: Fair Housing Law, Real Estate Law, Employment / Wage and Hour Law, HUD REAC inspections, Workplace safety compliance, Risk Management, commercial acquisitions and dispositions, refinance, contract negotiation, owner / client relations,  lender relations, financial review and budget production, operations, physical property inspections, revenue management and risk management.  

• Mike served as a Board Member for the Indiana Apartment Association from 2016 until 2021.

• Christie has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education.  Most recently she served as Vice President of Training & Development at AMP Residential with corporate offices in Indianapolis, Indiana and Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a strategic, people-first leader with over 21 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, specializing in training and development, HR employee relations, and multimillion-dollar portfolio asset management. She has built and scaled company-wide learning initiatives, created and developed a remote national sales team, and driven performance across teams through leadership development and culture transformation.
  She brings a blend of creativity, operational savvy, with heart and fun to everything she does—she believes great leadership starts with listening, learning, and lifting others up.
